Our Red Light Therapy is a full body treatment that can target:

Each Session will be around one hour long and include:

• Targeted Red Light Therapy (up to 30 minutes)
• Vibration Plate Therapy
• Weight Tracker (if receiving fat burning mode)

Before your appointment:

• Drink at least 16 oz. of water to flush out toxins before your session
• Avoid eating for 1-2 hours before your session
• Red light works best when directly exposed to skin. Please wear comfortable clothing and robes will be provided for privacy.
